Rex reads your program, matches every exercise to his library, and puts it on your client's training days. No rebuilding plans in yet another tool.
Pilot open For personal trainers and small studios
Rex is an AI coaching assistant that runs your program on the days you are not there. He checks in, reviews every session, and tells you who is slipping before they quit.
The problem
You see a client two hours a week. The other 166 are where motivation fades, solo sessions get skipped, and a quiet client turns into a cancelled package.
Checking in on every client between sessions is unpaid work. With 20 clients, it is a second job.
Clients rarely quit loudly. They skip one solo session, then two, then stop replying. By the time you notice, the decision is made.
Programs in PDFs, logs in notes apps, feedback in WhatsApp. Nobody sees the whole picture, least of all the client.
How it works
Import the plan you already use, from text, a photo or a PDF. Or let Rex draft one for you to edit.
Check-ins, reviews after every solo session, and a nudge when a client starts drifting. Always inside your program.
One weekly summary: who is on track, who is slipping, and who flagged pain. You know who to message first.

Trust
Rex is built to make you look good, not to compete with you. Your clients signed up for your coaching. Rex makes sure it carries through the week.
Rex follows what you set. Plan changes are proposed before they are applied, never made silently.
Rex does not diagnose. Injuries and pain are flagged to you and the movement is paused until you review it.
Rex introduces himself as your AI assistant. Clients always know when they are talking to you and when to Rex.
Training data is used to coach your clients and is never sold. Clients can delete their data at any time.
What your clients get
Your clients get a full training app with your plan inside it, and a coach who reads every set they log.
Bring your programs
Rex reads your program, matches every exercise to his library, and puts it on your client's training days. No rebuilding plans in yet another tool.
Logging
Sets, reps and weights are already there when they walk in. They change what they actually did and it saves itself.
Session reviews
Too easy, too hard, or a twinge: Rex replies with next steps inside your program.
Memory
Injuries, preferences and goals stay with every client, so nobody explains their shoulder twice.
Progress
Streaks, personal records, volume and body measurements build up with every session. Visible progress is what keeps people paying for coaching.

Pricing
Pricing depends on how many clients you bring and how you offer Rex: bundled into your packages or as a paid add-on. We set it together after a short call. Pilot trainers get founding terms that stay with them.

I built Rex for my own training, because my tracker had all the data and none of the answers. The more I used him, the clearer it got: Rex is at his best next to a real coach, not instead of one.
Now I am looking for a few trainers to build the coach version with. You bring the coaching. I bring the product and fix what does not work, fast.
FAQ
No. You write the program and you run the sessions. Rex works the days in between: he checks in, reviews what your client logged, and keeps them on the plan you set. When something needs a real coach, he hands it to you.
Yes, that is the point. Paste a program as text, upload a PDF, or photograph your whiteboard. Rex matches the exercises to his library and puts the plan on your client's training days. If you prefer, Rex can draft a plan for you to review and change.
Not on his own. He can suggest small adjustments, like holding a load after a rough session, and every plan change is proposed before it is applied. Pain, injuries and anything outside the program are flagged to you, not decided by him.
Yes, always. Rex introduces himself as an AI assistant working with you. Clients trust it more when it is clear who does what: you coach, Rex keeps them company between sessions.
A phone and a browser. Logging and feedback work in the web app. Chat with Rex runs on Telegram, which is free and takes about a minute to set up. Clients who do not want chat still get reminders and recaps by email.
Your clients' training data is used to coach them and is never sold. In the pilot you see adherence, completed sessions and flags for your own clients. Clients can delete their data at any time. Details are in the privacy policy.
Pricing is on request. It depends on how many clients you bring and whether you bundle Rex into your packages or offer it as an add-on. Pilot trainers get founding terms that stay with them.
We start with a short call about how you coach today. Then you invite a handful of clients, Rex runs alongside your sessions for a few weeks, and we look at adherence together. You can stop at any time and your clients keep their data.
Founding pilot
I am looking for a small group of trainers to run Rex with real clients and shape what it becomes. You get it first, on founding terms.
A 20 minute call
How you coach today, where clients drop off, and whether Rex fits.
Invite a few clients
Import your programs. Rex starts working the days between your sessions.
Review the results together
After four weeks we look at adherence and decide on next steps and pricing.
Thanks, . I will reach out within two working days to set up a short call.
